"This place is severely and hilariously overpriced. They’re asking over double the normal resell cost. When they sell you the overpriced console, they do not, DO NOT include origional controllers. They charge you EVEN MORE for that. I collect retro consoles and games as a hobby and when I saw what this place is charging and doing to people I had to say something. They make it look fun and whacky on social media with them boxing stuff, but behind the camera they’re laughing at you all the way to the bank. And if you don’t believe me, do your research. Every old disc looks like it's been refurbished, and there are never extra labels on the boxes. Once I bought a Wii that came missing the Wii motion plus adapter, so I reached out and they sent me one right away. On that same purchase I used different shipping and billing addresses, so they paused my order, and then emailed me to call to validate my identity. I really appreciate the security awareness. And even though every old game I've ever bought from them has worked, their 120 day warranty is the best I've seen. "
"Bad packaging for years, most my orders were broken or with issues. Now customer service and even the owner are ignoring me. Sure they said I could exchange my most recently broken game, but then ignored all other questions till I complained to the owner. Then the owner didn’t even respond, but had the rude service rep email me answers to all the questions he previously ignored. Now they both ignore me as I try to finalize an exchange. Garbage. Should have known better when my first order ( majoras mask) showed up smashed to pcs cause of poor packaging, and still the same packaging for single cartridges years later. Shop around... they don’t have exclusive services or best prices anyways."
"Was looking for a Sega Genesis Shadowrun manual to complete my copy. It was out of stock so i chose the option to be notified when it was back in stock again. I got the notification and bought it immediately. 2 days after i purchased it (which was a Friday) i got an email saying it has been shipped and they provided a tracking number. Then on Monday they cancelled my order and gave me a refund saying it was out of stock. They need a better system than to get my hopes up thinking i was getting the item i purchased. Mistakes happen but i am hoping the service of being notified when something is back in stock is not just a waste of time and a tease."
