"Ordered three hop rhizomes. Decided I wanted 4. Sent an email and they added a 4th to the original order and shipped them all out together. The rhizomes arrived a few days later in a sealed plastic bag with a wet paper towel in them. Great communication. I'd order from DIY Brewing again."
