"i returned dell laptop memory because it was incorrect. i never received a refund. i have the post office return slip to prove that they received the package. they have ripped me off for $81.00.

"I ordered a 1GB Transcend Compact Flash card on 7/27. I received a confirmation of the order right away. The card arrived on 8/1, a few days earlier than predicted. My only complaint (which was addressed) was that they didn't notify me when the order shipped, or provide tracking information. I contacted them through their support email, and received the requested information promptly (just over an hour). So overall, a pretty good buying experience."

"USPS screwed up my shipping or it was stolen from my mailbox. Whatever the case, digi4all staff not only was prompt about helping me figure out what happened, but also credited me even after proving they had shipped the item. I did recommend that the offer insured shipping and that the provide tracking numbers for shipped items. I have faith they will implement these changes and they have earned my business."

"DIGI4ALL.com: 10-22-04 Order# s168-14198
Ripped me off on memory. It works/posts but... Bought 2 256MB Sticks of DDR CAS 3.0 RAM. The work solo only. If you run both simms one would dissappear and not be seen by windows. The other stick didn't even fit in the slot. I was runningthis in a "VIA chipset" ECS mainboard that will rany ANY memory no matter how cheap (Set by SPD by default)! They were obviously used/returened by other people. The vendor just kept horse trading/reselling
the the the next buyer.

"Web site stated the item was in stock (Samsung RAMBUS PC1066) when it really wasn't... I was offered to wait 2-3 weeks for them to order it. Misrepresentation of available inventory, or plain lack of knowledge of its own stock, neither one of those sounds too professional."

"GOOD:
Great prices, shipped and arrived when expected, staff was very helpful via email to make sure I was ordering what I needed and not what I thought I needed.

would recommend.

UNFORTUNATE:
Everyone misleads their clients on shipping charges these days and these guys are no exception. I bought RAM for my digital camera and if I hadn't had a coupon it would have been $3 shipping for me even though it arrived via USPS for $0.75 (two stamps) not UPSG as I thought it was (not that it mattered). But don't let that stop you. If the price is good enough then go for it. These guys were very cool.
