"We ordered a very large (86in x 40in) LED backlit mirror for our newly constructed bathroom and it arrived via a contracting shipping company in a nicely packed crate without any damage. We set it aside and then installed the mirror in our new construction 60 days after it was delivered and found out that it was damaged. Further more, the design of the mirror itself was something we decided we didn't like. The company refused to work with me to get the mirror returned - merely sent me an automated note stating I had 3 days to inspect and only 30 to return. Even more disconcerting was that I couldn't even get them to talk with me in person, just an automated note from a customer service email. Live and learn. My lesson here is not to do any more business with Decoraport."
