"I have ordered 2 ps2 Metal Dance Pads with ddr max 2 game July 1st.I never recieved my order it is now August but my credit card was charged. I requested a tracking number for this order but got no response I have requeted a cancelation of my order and to be credited my payment but have not recieved a response.They offer no online phone number for customer service questions only their ddrhelp e-mail which has refused to adress my questions regarding my missing order. Ive had to contact My credit card company and hope I can get my money back.Bad Bad Business practices,BE WARNED!!!! "
