The company or organization DC Helper that claims to be behind www.dchelper.org does not exist.
They claim to be in Amsterdam, Holland but they really do not exist. I emailed them and told them that I would come to their Amsterdam adress to pick up the camera that I wanted to buy. A so called Nancy Crow answered that this would be okay. THERE IS NO SHOP at the indicated adress. After this nobody ever answered my emails any more.

This organization is pure fraud. They do not exist in real. That is also why you cannot pay by credit card. If you wire them any money you will never receive your merchandise.

Do not let them fool you. I took on the pain to actually make a detour on my travels and they really turned out to be non-existent.

This is all warning I can give you. If you still think they would not cheat you then it is your own fault!"
