"These guys are outstanding. Short of divine intervention, you won't find ANY online retailers who are going to be astronomically cheaper than anyone else. They're ALL within 5-10% of each-other. That's just not enough of a savings to shop on price, alone. The profit margin is just too thin these days. That said, customer service wins the sale, IMO, and these guys crushed it.
There's no such thing as perfect anymore, so how a company deals with the "bumps in the road" is exponentially more important than saving a few bucks. I want to know if there ever IS a problem (God forbid), they've got it covered. I dealt with Rob L. and Dan, who made every aspect of this relatively large sale ($4K+ Yamaha Hybrid Maple, and accessories) an absolute pleasure (and the kit got to me in 3-days) That's a big first purchase for a company I've never dealt with before, and like I said, they knocked it out of the park.
Something else to mention is that had they not had the foresight to double-box the kit, it would've shown up damaged....no question. Because shipping companies just don't give a @#$% anymore. They left no stone unturned, and did everything in their power to make sure that kit not only got to me quickly, but undamaged. They're absolutely on my go-to list moving forward, to say the very least.
Btw...yes, the Yamaha Absolute Hybrid Maple is the best sounding (and looking) kit I've ever owned. I can't recommend that kit enough. I'm absolutely loving them. I'm an inspired 17yr old kid with this kit, all over again.

"Two big thumbs up! I was looking for a Roc N Soc drum throne with a backrest and Cymbal Fusion had the best price. Not only that, it comes with fast, free shipping.
The price aside, what I really appreciate is their customer service and attention to detail. I ordered the throne Thursday afternoon and asked it to be shipped to a different address from my billing address, and within 1/2 hour of placing the online order, I received a phone call from Eric asking me to confirm that was my intention. Then he shipped the box from Houston, TX that same day, about an hour later (Thursday afternoon), and I received it Sunday in California. I mean, what company do you know other than Amazon processes your order that quickly?
This will be my go to place for drum equipment. I was a bit hesitant placing the order online with a company I've never heard of, but this business is legit. It beats out Guitar Center and Sweetwater in price and customer service."
