Another rip-off supposed business

"I ordered over 300.00 in parts for my Yamaha and finally, after, about 20 plus days received 1 of 2 shipments. Called their number and got some VERY nasty / rude young lady who probably have never gone 100 miles out of her state! And yet she tried to give me an attitude about my money! I kept asking her to add my order with me over the phone because my parts were about 80.00 less than what I was charged! When she would not interact with my I asked for her boss. Some guy gets on the phone and tells me I only received 1 of 2 shipments but I should get the next box in a day or two but that has not happened! So, they charged me more then what I ordered, and then did not fulfill my entire order! So when you hear about small businesses going put of business - don't feel sorry for them - they probably deserve it! Hope my 300.00 pays your mortgage!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!

Charged $919 with no delivery

"Ordered a new clutch with all the other items needed for that. Pins, weights, spring. Was delivered the spring alone and charged for all of it. Been 2 weeks with multiple calls emails and texts with no parts. Filing a lawsuit to regain my money "

"I ordered parts and received my order missing the most expensive part. I have tried to call and email to get it remedied but get no response from the company.
I highly recommend not doing business with
Ziegler Motorsports or Cycle Parts Nation
( they are the same)

Don't waste your time.

"I ordered and paid for several items on Aug. 3rd that showed as in stock. I received no notifications, no tracking number, nothing.
I wrote them an email on the 21st asking where my parts were and on Aug 24th I got an email saying my parts had shipped.
Amazing! How long would I have had to wait if I hadn't complained?
This outfit is just a middleman. Save yourself some grief and order the parts yourself from some place that actually has the parts in stock.

Buy Local

"Ordered 4 lawn mower wheels on 7/30/2022 with est delivery date of 8/5-8-15. August 19 and no delivery. Called company and wheels had not even shipped. Cancelled order while on phone, drove 3 miles from home and bought wheels off shelf at local mower sales and service shop. Will not use Cycle Parts Nation again. Buy local next time if you can."

AVOID

"Ordered part through their associate website "polarispartsnation.com" on 06/03, card charged 06/07. Sent multiple emails, which went unanswered. Called on four occasions, each with an over 30-minute wait time. Company claimed on 06/21, account was "flagged" due to high amount of order, but card was already charged two weeks earlier?!? On 06/24, claimed part was received 06/23 and would ship directly. Once again, on 06/28, part should ship soon... still nothing. Once again, called 07/05, advised part received 06/29... umm... what?!? Finally shipped 07/11 after complaint filed. Unacceptable.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY ! STAY AWAY

" Cycle Parts Nation took my order #831265 via their website on 6/21/22 , and charged my credit card without telling me that the parts were on backorder status , and that they would have to get the parts from a Yamaha warehouse . The way I found this out was because I emailed them asking what the status of my order was on 6/25/22 . I decided to wait 2 weeks for the parts , instead of canceling . Then , on 7/9/22 , I called again , and they told me that they received my parts from Yamaha on 7/8/22 , and would ship immediately . It is now 7/15/22 , a week after they got my parts , and the parts still have not been shipped . This company needs to be checked/investigated by the Michigan Attorney General . Total liars !"

terrible experience all around

"I ordered my parts for a lawnmower over two months ago. over a month has passed since their latest shipping date. i gave them a call and all they could tell me was that honda was backed up and honda wasn't shipping parts out and that my parts would be shipped out in another week. Here i am 3 weeks later and i ordered parts from Shanks lawn honda with all the same parts and they shipped out the next day. I called cycle parts nation to cancel my order and was on hold for 30 minutes and put my phone on silent and before i could take my phone off silent they hung up which was less than 2 seconds, i was VERY quick my phone was right in front of me. I can understand they are slammed they had 16 calls ahead of me (probably angry people canceling their orders like I am) but they should still say hello again or wait before hanging up immediately. I decided to leave a negative review after that. I won't be ordering from this place again. Seems like a lot of people are having the same terrible experience with this place. "

Would never recommend them

"I ordered a part.. first they charged me for two and send me two same parts.. I returned the extra one, never get my refund back.. Bad customer service. Everytime I call them they say.. it will be back in your account in 3-4 days.. never get anything back"

AVOID AT ALL COST

"Placed an order, received the parts but decided to return them. Paid return shipping and confirmed receipt back at their place. Never received credit back. It's now one year later and at least 30+ phone calls to their customer service to get me credit. Am told lies every time...oh we'll process that credit right away... "
