"Okay, so I bought a used scooter, I know as my wife says way **** dude. It is mostly for when we go camping and I need a quick way to get around. I needed a helmet and really did not know much. Looked at the internet and that helped to just confuse me more. So a friend who knows what he is doing when it comes to this stuff recommended I go to Cycle Gear. They walked me through the decision, educated me on the differences and now my big beautiful bald head and brain will be protected as a hit the high G's when I scoot around. "I reserved a helmet online and it was ready for pickup within a few minutes. I talked to Gilbert when I arrived and ultimately decided on a different helmet which wasn’t in stock. Gilbert ordered the other helmet I wanted and had it for me in two days. I returned a few days later and was in and out with my new helmet in just a few minutes. "Went in pretty sure of what I wanted, and just wanted to double check sizing and maybe one or 2 other models/styles of helmets. Salesman, a younger man, was hovering a little to much for my liking and asserting his opinion, which was in opposite styling/taste than my own on what I should buy. I’m not sure why and I didn’t quite care, just wanted to get something same day or I would’ve bought online for a better price. When finally discussing price on the exact model, I was slightly bummed to discover they would not be cheaper or even throw in the additional visor lense like their competitor offers. But whatever still bought it. But prolly not going back to that location. "

"Had to wait even though the product was pulled and waiting for me... I think you should teach your people to actually measure for the proper helmet rather than let us try on random ones. I think mine is too big and its too late to bring it back...
Lastly, teach them to remove ALL security tags. I have to figure out how get the damn thing off when I got home, 45 miles away, without damaging the helmet...
Other than that, guys are personable, knowledgeable and and very pleasant to deal with... "
