"I order a X-sniper G from CybertronPc and I'm impressed with it. This unit is everything the salesmen told me and more. This thing takes about 45 second from powering on to me playin games, so that's some pretty fast start up to me. Multi-tasking? No Problem. I haven't even made this thing grunt yet. I play online video games and my Fps DOES NOT fall below 100.5 FPS. Very reliable unit. The video quality of the movies I watch are even better ( My 55" Panasonic is hooked to my Pc with an HDMI cable.) I would recommend this company to anyone!!!!!"

"I was having problems upgrading from Windows 98 to XP on my desktop. I took my computer in and they learned that my main hard drive was bad. I was able to backup all of my files to CD and I ended up having an entire system upgrade and a new CD ROM installed for less than another well known franchised tech store would have with no upgrade.
All the other store would have done is given me a system diagnostic and added antivirus and spyware software. Cybertron gave me a great value on billable time and then provided free tech support after the sale.
My computer is working better than it ever has and I know I can call them with any future concerns. I've already referred several people to them.

"Good company to do business with! I will deffenately buy my nex kit pc from CybertronPC.com! My computer got dammaged in shipment, and was held back a week by Brown. Upon arrival, I noticed the smashed box after the driver handed to me, as I had been eagerly awaiting my new pc. I took digital pictures of the damage, and sent it off to Cybertron. In short order, I had a new case top and keyboard to replace damaged/defective parts.
Thier customer support, and tech support is great. Any questions I have --I can call their tech and get help on. And, the service doesn't stop when the warrenty runs out either. They claim to have lifetime tech support FREE! Anywhere else that would cost you on a yearly basis. I've found thier tech support to be friendly and helpful, and very knoledgeable. Pricewise I'd say they are a good deal, and I'd have no problem reccomending CybertronPC to my friends. "
"CybertronPC was a real surprise.
Their prices were less than almost everyone else's, and they didn't have a lot of bad press in the reviews.
At the time I purchase my new PC, they didn't have enough ratings to be ranked, but they should have soon.
As I said, the price was good, and the delivery time (for regular ground shipping) was less than I expected - only took about 5 days from the order date instead of the 7 days guaranteed.
I can't evaluate their support because in the 2 months I've had my new PC, nothing has gone wrong that wasn't fixed by a re-boot or just following the on screen prompts.
I'm pretty sure that the few (very few really) errors that have come up were due to Windows XP and not to Cybertron's hardware.
