"I place an order with this supposely company on 5/26/11 and here it is 6/9/11. I havent recieved no tracking number only the order number. If anyone no any way i can contact anyone to turn CUTESY GIRL in pls inform me. My lawyer and I are ready. This doesnt make any sense for these ppl to be ripping people off and getting away with it!"

"DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

I ordered a swim suite 14 days before my vacation cost me $40 bucks and of course i NEVER even received it!! Funny how they sent me a tracking # from FedEx, so i call FedEx and was told they make labels with out shipping the item. So now the customer service number is out of order and of course no response to my emails!!!
We need to all report this to THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!

"I had to join this website merely to post on this blurb. I purchased four pairs of boots from this site. After arriving five dates after they were supposed to, I was saddened to see that of the four, only one of them was acceptable, at best. Two of the shoes were obviously used. They had scuff and scratch marks all over them. To add to this preposterous event, one pair was not even the same size! Furthermore, the third pair had glue stains all over it. As I live pretty far from my campus mail room, I called and spoke to a wonderful customer service rep and she said everything would be handled. She told me to send pictures of the shoes and we could figure out some sort of in store credit. As the shoes were so cheap to start out with, I would have been happy just to receive anything, even 10 dollars, just as a token of good faith and appreciation for my purchase and perhaps future purchases (not an option anyone)...However, the online customer service was a complete 180 difference than my original experience, it was frankly deplorable. Yet, this is my own fault for purchasing such inexpensive shoes, however, I have learned my lesson and will never shop at this store again. "

"I ordered two pairs of shoes and received an email few days later saying that one of the shoe was "damaged" so they wouldn't be able to ship it to me. That was fine since they had already shipped my other pair of boots. I got the other was on date although the buckle for the boot was glue on to the shoe but that's fine since I only paid $21 and I can't expect a lot for a $21 pair of boots. Anyway, they said in the email that I would be refunded $32 for the other pair of boots within 2 weeks. Why did they have to take 2 weeks when I should have been refunded instantly because the item was damaged, I don't know. Two weeks later there was no refund. I tried contacting the merchant and no response. Now it's been over five weeks and I still haven't received my refund. I opened a dispute with PayPal since that was my original method of payment and they haven't even responded to PayPal. I am out of $32 (which I could have used to buy another pair of desperately needed boots) but nooo thanks to this company's horrible service, I have to wait until they refund me. Conclusion: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!"

"Horrible customer service. I ordered shoes and accessories. I had a problem with my order and it took them over one week to follow up with me. When they did follow up with me their customer service was very lack luster. I will never order from them again. There are too many other companies selling cheap and stylish shoes than to put up with their horrible service. Read the rest of the comments and judge for yourself. If you are smart you will shop elsewhere."

"Okay, so on my last post I was awaiting my news. This post I am happy to announce that I did receive my shoes. I was a little worried because the tracking number I received wasn't working but when I called cutesygirl I got a rep who told me the delivery date and sure enough my shoes arrived on that date. So, the delivery time for me was about a week, however I believe u can choose quicker delivery options which of course cost more money. I'm very pleased with my purchase and I will be buying many more shoes from them in the future."

"I placed an order on 11/23. When I called on 12/1 to enquire about having not received my shipment or a confirmation of my items being shipped I was told that they wait 3 days to ship and since they were closed for the holiday and their regular day, my "3rd day" was not until 12/1, more than a week later. "Gloria" then informed me that I "should" have a valid tracking number, which she supplied and it "should" be working by the evening. I checked the following morning and it was valid. It also said that my package was billed on 11/24 and was rescheduled. What does that mean? The "rescheduled" delivery date is 12/7/09, two weeks after the order date. Was my package "rescheduled after my phone call voicing my displeasure over the way they handle business? I have tried to call several times today and the voice message says that I have reached them after business hours. It is 11:00am on a Wednesday, well within their "business" hours! I will NEVER order from this place again!"

"If you want to waste your money and deal with horrible customer service shop on this site. I placed an order on the 8th of November and it didn't leave the warehouse until the 19th although I received a tracking number right away. I called their customer service number numerous times during their hours of operation and got consistent busy signals. Finally I get a hold of someone and they said they needed to put in a request whatever that means. She said if no shipping information showed that night to call back. And of course no shipping info is available on UPS.com And as predicted I couldn't get a hold of them from 10 AM - 5:30 PM. It seems their Customer Service Number only works right before they close. Also NO ONE ANSWERS EMAILS. The order leaves the warehouse after two conversations with a Customer Service Rep and numerous attempts to get through. Who knows if the items will arrive!"
