"I placed an order for two letters on September 1st, 2015 and never received any information on it's status, so about a month later I decide to use the online chat service to find out what the problem was. The representative said that he had fixed it, but nearly another month later it still did not arrive. I tried to send them an email through their website multiple times a day, but the website kept showing an error. I wanted to call, but the hours never worked with my schedule until I finally had the time to call. When I called the person who helped me figured out that the problem was never resolved by the person I had previously talked to. My order has finally been resolved and should be on its way. I am glad that they were able to fix the problem, but I am still disappointed that it took nearly 3 months to fix it."

"I ordered a custom made shirt, and when I received it, the shirt was perfect, except for the color of the font thread. Someone signed off on the order form, ensuring it was completed correctly, so quality control is lacking a bit. However, I contacted Customer Service, and they quickly apologized, and sent me a new shirt, with the correct font color, and allowed me to keep the shirt with the error. They did a great job on the new shirt, and it is exactly what I wanted!"
