"I went to customelitesocks.com to buy a Christmas gift for one of my good friends. I purchased regular nike elite socks with 4 letters customized on it. The company gave me the run around, I could never reach anyone via phone call, I must have memorized their "please hold" music. Once I did get ahold of someone they said I would receive my socks in 3 days. Yea that didn't happen. Overall, their customer service is terrible, I would comment on their sock quality, but after almost an entire month, mine still haven't arrived. DO NOT SHOP HERE!"
