Zero Customer Service, Wasted $200

"I purchased a very expensive custom controller for my son for Xmas. It arrived in time, was opened and used on christmas day, it broke on day 2. I've emailed three times, called 5 times and nobody has returned my call or emailed me back. That is $200 down the drain. $350 if you count the cost of a new controller that works - clearly purchased elsewhere."
