"I ordered two sets of vinyl decals for my motorcycle, one set in black and the other in dark red, and the red decals I received were a pinkish red and looked terrible, so they acknowledged the mistake and that they would inspect the second set of dark red decals before they shipped to make sure they were dark red. Well, the second set was again pinkish red, so again they were going to make up another set of decals, and again they also were pinkish red, so I requested a refund for them to which they agreed to and apologized for the inconvenience.
They blamed it all on their printer not printing the correct color, but that does not explain why they never checked any of the three sets of decals were the correct color before they were shipped, and they said they were extremely busy which was causing problems. Well if your extremely busy, you only make it more so by shipping out the wrong color decals 3 times. "
"I placed an order for some vinyl lettering to match some of our existing glass door sign lettering. I specified the exact letter height to be used in producing my order. The website did note that the letter height did not include any hanging letters such as p,j,q. My order consisted of all caps, so no problem there, right? Nope! Apparently commas are letters too. When I received my order the letter height was 75% of what I ordered, which obviously didn't match the letter height used on our existing sign. I notified Custom Vinyl Lettering of my problem via their website. Their customer service appears to be nonexistent, as it's been well over a week and I have never received a response. Needless to say, I would not recommend them."
