"Spent $155.00 on a piano cushion. What a waste. Cushions Khols sell have better quality. The material had pull marks throughout the cushion.The piping was crooked. I called customer service and they were no help and not nice.Even after sending pictures of the damage i was told that they could not do anything or even work with me. Horrible company and horrible customer service. To wait a month for such a low quality item. They should be ashamed of themselves. I guess they don't care about their reviews either. A bunch of one stars on yelp for sure. Had to stop my charge and will fight them to the end.. Buyer beware!!!!!!!
