"Proceed with caution. Placed order for cue stick (in stock)on 3-1-14. Website states same day shipping but when placing order it stated it would ship within two business days. Called after three business days and multiple times after that always getting friendly answers but item still had not shipped. Cue finally shipped on 3-11-14 (10 days from order date). Received item 3-13-14 only to discover it was the wrong weight. Ordered 20oz but received 19oz. Not worth sending back as my old stick broke and I have been without for 2 weeks. Guess I better get use to the lighter weight :/ "
