"I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit not to rent from Cubesmart. We were told a 10 x 15 ft unit was being held for us for several days at the Fort Worth Tx location on N. Freeway and Basswood. We saw the unit in question and decided to rent it to move in the next day. We were told we could register then. The next day we pulled up with a truck load of our belongings a half hour before closing. The person behind the counter told us we were too late and we would have to return the next day. He said that he had already cashed out and put everything away. The office didn't close until 6 pm but check ins stopped at 5:30 because they take too long. We were stuck with a rental truck that had to be back that night and nowhere to store our belongings except in our garage. We have rented from Assured storage and extra space storage in the past and never had a problem. We called the 800 number to see what could be done and were offered the same size unit at another location at a rate 25 dollars higher . They make the problem and charge us for it. The manager at cubesmart was very rude and appeared to not care if we came back or not. I will never set foot "
