"I ordered a window shade more than two weeks ago. I never received a confirmation of order or shipping, and no tracking number. I emailed an inquiry about my order and never received a reply. I then called their 800 number and "the call volume is very high" so was instructed to leave my number for a call back, but that never came either. My credit card was charged on the day of the order, and that's the last I've heard from them. I will dispute the charge on my credit card and never deal with them again."
