"We bought a "Swarovski" lala necklace and earrings from this site. Goods arrived promptly but on opening the dhl parcel it was clear all was not as it should be.
"Swarovski" boxes were poor quality fakes which didn't inspire confidence and the enclosed care instuction leaflet bares no resemblance to the real thing. Necklace and earrings looked ok but on closer inspection it was again clear these are not the real thing. Finish is not what one would expect from Swarovski with loose links in chain, the finer details were also incorrect and the product barcode tag attached to the necklace refers to a completely different Swarovski product.
I have tried to contact the seller but despite the website claim of 24/7 customer response have had no reply and probably never will.
I intend pursuing this via VISA as I feel I have been sold fake and inferior goods.

The Crystaloutlets site claims to have lots of testimonials but I would excercise caution in believing them.

I believe they are selling fake goods and that once they have your money they don't want to know.

If you are happy with poor quality inferior goods, go ahead. If not avaoid. In retrospect the price is TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE."

Back in january, I purchased a necklace on CrystalOutlers.org (previously called SwarovskiLine) and although the price was charged to my credit card, I never received the item. I contacted the customer support department many times but they either a) said that the item would be sent shortly or b) didn't bother replying to my emails.
I have given up on the necklace and I came to the conclusion that the website is a SCAM!
After a closer examination of the website, I found a number of clues that indicates that the site is not a legitimate one;
1- there are numerous spelling mistakes,
2- the customer reviews provided on the site do not look real and
3-the layout of the site is almost a perfect copy of another jewelry website; www.jewelrybox.com. (This last website however is a legitimate one.)

I should have known better, so beware, don't make the same rookie mistake I did...
