Awesome Cruise Company

"i booked 2 reservations and made deposits. A month later I decided to upgrade to Ocean View. Armando Porras was able to make this happen with no penalty fee (with approval from Royal Caribbean) and the prices at the moment happen to be lower so our final payment was a little less than original reservations. Armando was extremely pleasant and easy to talk too. The experience was smooth and on-point (he was able to put both rooms next to each other). I would definitely do business with Directcruise.com. "

Love the "chat live" feature

"I've worked with Cruise Direct a few times. I really love the "real-time" info you get with the live chat feature. I ask many questions, and they are always super friendly and helpful. Even when I changed my itinerary 3 times, they are still very pleasant. I've worked many times with Armando, and he is awesome. All of my future cruises will be booked through this site. You really can't beat the service. "

Lena Marquez from Cruise Direct extremely helpful

"I booked a two-cabin cruise for my family with Norwegian departing in July. The cruise was cancelled and it took forever to get any kind of feedback from Norwegian. I found this lady, Lena Marquez, who was of great assistance and managed to get through to Norwegian Cruise Line and finally she got me a reply and confirmation for another similar cruise on a different date. She has continued to chase them to get several confirmations regarding the new departure date, the location of the cabins, refund for my flights and so on. I dread to think what would have happened had it not been for her help. She is definitely first class with her customer service and an asset to Cruise Direct. "
