They are honest and up front that yeah they are in Hong Kong and you can save big time if you are not in a hurry . One time they accidently omitted an item and made good on it. Got the product exactly one week after it was shipped from Hong Kong. Product works like it's supposed to. I will consider buying from them again at the right price even if it takes longer for me to get my stuff."
