"There is no way these people have over 8000 positive reviews. These are cloned, fake. I took a chance and ordered a Hi-V raincoat. This order was assigned a PO # and email confirmation was received. That saw day, I requested a quote for several more for my Fire Department. Now that I had an online account, I thought I'd check on the quite. However, I noted I had an email from these people. It was a PHOTOGRAPH of a Quote. That's right. I continue to login in and these folks tried to take my quote request and make it an order without our consent. I was livid, it doesn't happen by accident. Since they never bothered to return any emails I'd sent, I called. Some lady answered and told me it's a glitch. A "glitch" that in their favor, shoes a $700.09 order, along side my original, 66.00 order. She said "it's only a quite". It cleared stated they were filling it. I put a stop to it. I've tried to email since my actual order has no status I can check online? Now, all email is returned and some dude named "Fred" I left a VM for. I'll NEVER order from them again. You shouldn't either, especially with the purchased reviews. The algorithm shows that nearly half of the reviews came within 60 days if each other of the alleged 8k reviews. My order has disappeared from my history too. Now, I'm forced to do a chargeback."

"I placed an order with Critical Tool for a High Vis Jacket. Several days after purchasing, I noticed that there were two charges on my bank account from Critical Tool. The second charge was about 4 dollars higher than the second. I contacted Critical Tool regarding the extra charge, and the customer rep responded that the second charge was for added sales tax, and the first charge would be refunded. How is that okay to add additional charges to a credit card without communicating this to the customer? Very Unprofessional, in my experience. So I wait for over a week, but the product never ships. I contact the customer service again, regarding shipping. They respond that the product is out of stock until June (the product was ordered March 3)! So the product was out of stock, but no communication on their part until I contacted them! I replied, requesting a refund, but have as yet received no response. "

"My first purchase was great. It was a nice size order and had them print my logo in the back. I placed a second order where they claimed that their warehouse messed up but somehow I never got the product. I figured they never sent it because I did not see any charges. Since then, I've been contacting their sales rep Mark Larsen and their customer service team because I wanted to place a large 3rd order with them. Its been 6 months and I have yet to hear any replies from anyone. Pretty disappointing so I took my business elsewhere."
