"Cricket provides low-cost unlimited wireless service. The customer service is fielded by overseas representatives. I called 10/13 to inquire about canceling my wireless service. I was told that Cricket would not refund for the days remaining until 10/24, for which I had already been billed and paid. I asked whether I could order a cancelation to take place effective 10/25, so that I could continue to use the phone through 10/24, since I had already paid for that. I was told yes. Service was disconnected the same day. I called Cricket more than once, and explained what happened. Cricket refused to refund for the remaining days, and would not re-connect the service for the remaining days."
