"I place this order 19 days ago. I only got one mail from them for order status at the first day. I send email to them three time within this 19 days period. Also, I called them three times to leave a message and call back number. I got not reply at all. Never telling me it has been shipping out or back order. But the credit card was charged at the first day of order. So, I give up and cancel it after 19 days of no reply. Called up my credit card company to stop the payment too. It could a fraud."
