"I placed an order in November for a Christmas gift. I got an order confirmation on the day of ordering but no tracking number or notice of shipment. I never heard from company again. By December I began calling asking for tracking and was told they don't give tracking because post office didn't give tracking! This was suspicious! After several phone calls the week before Christmas I was told the package was lost, fault of post office! There was even one phone call trying to get a credit back the customer service agent hung up on me because I said I would be writing a review. I never got the gift, I did get a refund, and a lot of hassle to find gift somewhere else. I will never shop their website again!!"

"I got a great deal by finding a 25% off coupon and using a free USPS priority shipping promotion. Their usual shipping costs can be a bit high, though. The product got to me within a week. They sent me the correct USPS tracking number but then also sent me a UPS tracking number for someone else and attached that number to my online order status. "
