"We have had our Create A Mattress and boxspring for less than two years and the sagging is unbelievable. We rotate the mattress regularly and we are not heavy people. We contacted them and they said the sagging "is within industry standards" and then sent us links to two major manufacturers warranty pages. I guess they don't strive to be better than their competition. What a joke! The first box spring arrived and the stitching was coming out all over the quilting of the fabric. They did replace the boxspring but I guess sewing is all they can stand behind. A mattress is suppose to be replaced every 8 years and here we are at less than two and we have to spend a chunk of money because of the discomfort. Please take this warning seriously. It is absolute junk!!!!!"
