"No problems on a few previous orders, but this one was a bad experience. I received a "shipped" notice on Dec 31 after paying for 2-day shipping. My order arrived on Jan 6. They seem to acknowledge the "shipped" notice was misleading, but are not honoring their advertised refund policy. I don't think I will order from them again, at least not if I want the products in a timely manner. "
