"This is a very well made holster and just what I wanted. The fit is perfect. The pistol is snug and will not fall out, but draws smoothly. The stitching is perfect. The holster rides exactly where it should for a cross draw. I am very pleased with it. The customer service and communication was outstanding. The holster was shipped very fast by Fedex, with tracking, and I was surprised at how fast it arrived. I've been wearing the holster every day and I have it on as I write this. "Had a problem with the strap: it was not long enough to snap over the hammer in the forward (uncocked) position as shown in every photo of holsters with straps on the website. Filip offered to send another or provide store credit; I opted for store credit. He was very responsive to my concerns and provided the kind of support one would expect. (I was able to have a local leather expert stretch the strap for a minimal price so the store credit made the most sense.) I recommend Craft Holsters based on this experience. "

"The wait for the holster was a bit long, however, they are individually made to fill the order. The craftsmanship is really good, however, I have a bit of an issue with the thumb break. You cannot really break it with your thumb. You have to reach a bit forward with the index and middle finger to release the thumb break. The holster fits very tight, however, working it with denatured alcohol and wax paper loosens it up. I would definitely recommend this holster (I have several different brands) and would give it a 4 3/4. Round it off to 5. "
"Great quality Italian shoe leather and German stitching meant to last with a Life Time warranty; is pre-fitted to minimize the break in time altho is custom fit to size my A-1 1911 5" GI FS RIA the fit was perfect. If you are a tall, of large build.....like John Wayne.... this holster is probably not needing adjusted to fit. Remember to get the Small Break In Kit (has just enough de-natured alcohol) and follow the instructions."

"I've purchased 5 holsters for myself and my family, and I couldn't be more please. I'm pretty hard on mine, but thankfully Craft also has repair kits. Filip is part of the Craft Holsters team, and he even took the time to take pictures and provide step by step instructions on to use the kit. Let's be honest, when you're mowing a farm or digging a pond with heavy machinery you're going to abuse your holster, and you might need to replace a screw from time to time after all of that constant vibration on big equipment.
The leather, the stitching, and the feel of these holsters are top notch, and the people behind them are just as awesome."
