"I ordered 4 chaises and side tables and my order arrived in less than a week! I coulnd't believe when I saw the humongous boxes at my door. Everything looks better than the photos. I would have to say, I love this website. The lady on the phone helped me choose these chaise lounges. I'm a terrible person, I forgot her name, but thankful that she pushed me in the right direction choosing colors. I would definitely come back to shop more as soon as the weather is warmer. "

My order arrived within a week in pristine condition. The delivery went smoothly and the driver was helpful in getting it to my house. Once I saw my order, I was extremely pleased. "I would rate them ZERO stars!!! My dad ordered a pool ladder from this half assed company in early June 2020, by mid August we still hadn't gotten his order. When I called about it in July I was told that his item was being delayed because of COVID but had definitely shipped from the manufacturer and they would have his order by July 30th. On July 30th the order status changed to preparing to ship (for the third time!) When I called again in mid August I was hung up on by 2 representatives one of which was supposedly a "supervisor". I stayed on hold for well over 30 minutes before "Daisy" told me that the manufacturer had never even sent out my dad's order and that CozyDays Inc was never going to receive this item because the manufacturer sends it straight to us. When I asked her why his order status was in preparation to ship she told me that's what it meant even though they didn't have anything to ship. I've worked in retail for well over 20 years and I'm very much aware what the proper terms for customers orders are! This company needs to stop outsourcing to India for their customer service representatives."
"I ordered 4 chaises in turquoise on wednesday and they were at my door on saturday afternoon. Well packaged, infact it was kind of hard to open the boxes which is a good thing for me. I don't want my neighbors' kids going thru my packages. Very high quality chaises. "
"I had a party on labor day weekend and wanted order 12 chairs on Aug 29th. I called cozy days and they had the chairs I wanted in stock. They were very helpful with my order. My chairs arrived on august 31 late afternoon. I would definitely recommend them to my neighbors & friends."
"Ordered two aqua foam swing pool chairs on Saturday august the 1st for $100. They arrived at my door at 11am on august the 7th. They are exactly as described and are made with good materials. I'm really impressed with the quality of the iteams as well as the fast delivery. Would definitely recommend.

"Purchased two hammocks for $1000 total. Two weeks later my status was not shipped. I called and cancelled my order, and purchased the hammocks from another online store. The next day my order from Cozydays delivers, I call their customer service to see about returning and was told I would have to pay 10% = $100 plus pay for the return shipping fee (another $50). This was their mistake. I will not purchase from this company again."
