"Are these people or organization even legit? I am trying to buy tickets for the George Straight show but I don't want to use this ticket seller if they are not legit...that last review sounded pretty bad, so I am not going to take my chances!"

"Countrymusicontour.com was a total scam for us. We Bought tickets from them in Nov 2011 for a concert in May 2012, we went to the stadium where the concert was held, got our tickets scanned and boom, the person who scanned our tickets said that those tickets have already been used and that they're not valid for entry. We called countrymusicontour.com the next day and they told us that in order to get a refund, we need to bring proof from the stadium that our tickets were in fact scanned and rejected. We called the stadium and they said that was impossible since there were thousands of tickets scanned that day and there is no way to provide such proof. So countrymusicontour.com basically scammed us big time and we lost $250 on a total scam, not to mention the money we spent travelling to get there. Horrible customer service that did not care about what we had to say at all, one of the customer service representatives was even acting sarcastic towards us in one of our calls. I do not recommend anyone to buy from them."
