"BEWARE OF COSTDOT !!! SCAM ?? It looks like American company, but is actually chinese. Ordered fairy lights 29 April for a function mid May. Payed extra for express delivery. Today is 9 May, and lights have still not been dispatched. Sent several mail they did not respond to, asking for order to be cancelled and money refunded. Today I get a response saying order held up by my credit card company, asking me to send copy of both sides of my credit card to speed up processing! What a cheek! Going on to thanking me for my patience, and informing me they will let me know when order has been dispatched! No response to my request for cancellation as items will not reach me in time for intended functin. None of the contact links on their website like Live Chat etc are functional. STAY AWAY"
