"i ordered a specific model camcorder. after some confusion(on their part) about my credit card and after i had called them several times(since they don't answer email) i was told it was shipped.
when it finally arrived it was not the model i ordered but a newer model. i did not want newer
i wanted older which had more features. also the camera was shipped from a 3rd party in florida
with a price $50 less. i contacted sol, at costelectronics(who apparently is the owner, saleman and entire customer service dept).he tried to tell me this was a better newer camera but again it lacked a lot of features of older.
i told him i would keep it only at lower price to which he exclaimed"i cant do that..thats my cost!"
anyway ive emailed asking for a RMA number to return and to no avail. so im stuck
AVOID THIS COMPANY and all its names"
