"They were very quick and friendly to answer my questions before I purchased. Also there processing and shipping time was amazingly fast, and I went with their free shipping method. The costume was beautifully made and fit perfect. My only complaint is the costume I ordered was nothing like the mannequin shown. Some of the details weren't included, which can be over looked, but most of all the color was totally off. It was orange instead of a yellow gold. I also gave them extra measurements to follow and they did, but when I went to customer service to address the color issue they never responded. I really just wanted to see what my options were on what could be done with the item. I decided to keep the item, but there is still that part off me that knows and is disappointed that its wrong."

"Absolutely the worst company ever. Not only did they send me the wrong size the first time (FROM CHINA and took 15 days) they also sent me the second one (which I had to buy because exchanging would take more than a month) after two MORE weeks even though I PAID for 3 DAY service. Do not buy from these crooks. Oh... and to send these worthless costumes back to china costs a good $60-80... but I'm sure they know that."

"I'm happy with my first purchase. The price was good, shipping was faster than expected, and the seller quickly answered any questions I had. I ordered on the 1st and it arrived by the 10th, and the site asks for 7-15 days for shipping. I did not custom order, and my guess is that would take longer. Because I didn't custom order, the sizing was a little off, but I was able to alter the costume and its not noticeable. My advice would be to custom order and be careful with measurements. The site isn't great with tracking an order, but I emailed the seller and they were able to provide a tracking number without any problems. I'll be back next Halloween!"
