"What a ripoff! I ordered a "Velvet Renaissance Gown" and petticoat from Cosplaybuy.com for $184. What I received was a dress made out of cheap, shiny nylon that looked nothing like the picture on their website. I contacted Cosplaybuy.com about returning it, and they said that I couldn't return the dress, because it was tailored (it looked like a sack, mind you). I replied that it was not made of the advertised fabrics, and the petticoat was child-sized and did not fit. They asked me to send them pictures of their own product. So I did, but their reply was that my order was made from "the color number I chose." There was no indication of fabric on the color chart, and I specifically requested velvet and brocade in my order, as instructed. They also said that they'd "never heard of the petticoat not fitting someone." I am about the same size as other women my age, so I found this comment insulting. This is not how a reputable company does business. Buyer Beware."
