They hijack UPCs, i.e. they are dishonest

"They list products on other web sites that require a UPC and rather than a) use the actual UPC from the product they are listing or b) PURCHASE a UPC (that's right, manufacturers have to PAY for UPCs) they just use a random UPC. Then, when the person/company who actually paid for the UPC tries to list the actual item that is supposed to go with that UPC they can't because CosmeticMall has effectively stolen it. Why should you care about that? Well, what does that tell you about the business practices? That they are obviously less than honest which explains the other negative reviews on this page."

L’Oréal day time lotion for 28$

"I always get L’Oréal lotions. I love them and this time I spent a little extra since I have been out and he stores also. It absolutely WREAKS. I don’t even think it’s L’Oréal. I mean I had a little on my hand and had to leave and through the day it got even worse. It was awful and no phone number to call. This is a scam and I am disgusted. I’ll never use them again."

Sold me a expired perfume contacted them to return it no response back

"Bad costumer service, no response back , send multiple emails never received one email back paid 23 dollars for a perfume that was expired that i couldn't return, no choice but to put it out for the trash all because you email cosmetic mall to return a item and they never respond back.worse place in my life i ever ordered from. If I could give -5 stars, I would

"This company says it's customer service is the best? Well, I wonder why it didn't fulfill my order with jet.com? Or, why did it not return either of my emails and why has it ignored jet.com's requests? I don't know, but I do know this so called company only shows a handful of colognes and noneven of which I would wear but they are advertising on Jet.com that they have Armani Code Sport Cologne, let me tell you, they dont!

I'm sure if they were to ship a product it would be a knock-off. Again, I have no idea because the item I paid for never made it to me. They had a cheap price but it doesn't matter if you never received it.

I would love to find a phone number to CosmeticMall.com and ask their management how can they possibly operate a company? It looks terrible and I'll never purchase anything if this company is the seller. I will probably not ever shop on Jet.com again because of it!

I have waited since Dec. 22nd to receive my order and when it didn't come on Jan. 3rd I knew it wasn't coming. Here we are Jan. 7th and I get an email saying order cancelled with zero explanation. How about be a real company and don't advertise items you don't have in Stock or don't advertise items you never had to begin with.

People, please only deal with reputable websites. There are too many shady companies out there nowadays.

"Ordered through Amazon, days later I get an e-mail saying that the item I bought was really supposed to be something else, for a totally different price, and they removed the order from my order history to avoid negative reviews. These types of things should not be tolerated."

"I ordered three items from this store including a promotion gift set. But the gift set was not delivered. I called the company several times, there is only voice recording. No response. Finally I have to notify the company that I need to return the entire order. This time i got response and promised that I will get full refund. But when I mailed the entire order back. I only got partial refund. I contact them again. No response forever."

"CosmeticMall.com carries a hard to find shampoo I am always looking for.
I ordered two 16.9oz bottles on the 10th which were shipped on the 12th and delivered on the 15th.
I got two emails: 1, a purchase confirmation email and 2, a order sent email. The order sent email arrived after the package was delivered. I don't see why it wasn't sent earlier, but that's no big deal.
No problems; this store is recommended.

"Excellent selection and prices. Fast shipping; my order was received 8 business days after placing the order. Items were packed with lots of shipping peanuts to prevent any damage. Received an email confirmation immediately after placing order, but did not get any additional email regarding the shipment or tracking of the order.
