"I just ordered two corsets and neither of them fits even close to correct and one it not as pictured. I ordered the Carrie Shoulder Strap Overbust Corset and the Charisma Halter Neck Corset. The Charisma top has the halter attachment on the upper inside of the bust instead of the outside of the bust near the underarm as pictured. It looks bad and is absolutely improperly made. For the Carrie top, the shoulder holes are way too small to actually fit. This also causes the bust area to sit up around the neck instead of the bust. All in all, both of these corsets are improperly made, are not as pictured and are unable to fit properly. I am appalled at the craftsmanship of these. I tried to contact the company and they haven't made any return contact

"I ordered a corset in the wrong size on accident. They have an easy return policy.. Well not this time! I emailed them for a return number for weeks with no reply. Then went through paypal and filed a case. Well they offered for me to send the corset back but not to their warehouse in the US which is listed on their site for returns but to INDIA! it would have cost me more to ship it to India then what i purchased it for! In the mean time I ordered another corset same place (The day after I got the wrong size) and here i am waiting for my new one the right size and three weeks later find out they didnt even ship it because they thought i might want a custom one!!! I will NEVER buy from them again.. Now waiting on a refund from the one they didnt send but took my money for ! "

"I receive my corset (WT-OB Lilac/ Black Bro-100) and was very happy that it finally arrived. Because it was sent nearly two weeks after I purchased it and only after writing to the company demanding a refund for the product I hadn't received.
I thought that this inconvenience would be the only one I would suffer, however, once I started wearing the corset, it became painfully apparent that the corsets quality its subpar even for the price paid. Having only worn the corset a handful of times, it seemed like an unreasonable time for such symptoms of distress to already be presenting themselves.
There was fraying around the busk and the actual brocade was already showing signs of wear with the sewing coming up and the fabric pulling. In addition, the metal of the busk seemed very fragile and cheap almost as if it was waiting to break. The bones don't reach the full length of the corset meaning the fabric folds at the top and bottom giving the corset a wrinkled appearance.
While I didn't expect a corset that would last me till the end of time I did expect that it would last longer than a week.
I had been so excited to be buying such a lovely corset however it seems this company's quality and customer service leave much to be desired. I am truly devastated that my purchased ended up with me feeling ripped off and part of a scam.
At best, it seemed I have paid this company for a promised product that I did not actually receive. Had I realized these issues the day the corset arrived I would not have accepted it and sent it back immediately.
I have now spent more than a month trying to get answers about these issues to no avail, leaving me rather disheartened. Contacting the company either through their Whatsapp or their email online service proved to be a waste of time as the email service simple does not respond and the whatsapp service did not respond until after I spammed them my complaint. The response was all of 11 words including a casual greeting and no apology for the inconvenience. During this brief transaction I was asked for pictures of my corset which I readily supplied, (I still have these pictures but don't know how to add them to this review) however, that was as far as it went as I was then ignored.
Much to my dismay there seems to be very little else I can do about this now other than hopefully prevent others from falling prey to such a scheme to seduce customers with lies of a helpful customer service and a quality product.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT LEST YOU WANT TO WASTE YOU MONEY AND BE EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED AND SORELY DISSAPPOINTED.

I found the exact same one on Amazon for half the price and it is here in Texas....I should of searched longer before purchasing from these scammers!!"
