"Ordered phone, never got."
"Cordless Workz gave great service in every way...even answering subsequent inquiries. They sent a defective Jitterbug Phone, one of the new ones that is NOT labeled Samsung on the front. The speaker was slurry, dim, no good. Their service and crediting back the amount was prompt. They mailed a pre-paid padded envelope for the return. "
"Is anybody home?? Ordered a phone on Saturday. No email or phone acknowledgement has come. Credit card charged. Called to inquire but no one available so left voice mail to please let me know something. Also sent email saying same. No response, Called 2nd time on Wednesday, same result. Left another message saying must hear today by phone or email. If not, tomorrow I will ask Credit Card company to intervene or stop payment. Is this place for real?"

" My rating of this seller is VERY negative. As their map of the US "coverage" zone was extremely nebulous, I called them to inquire directly. I told them in detail where I lived and SPECIFICALLY asked if there was coverage in my mountainous home area. I was told that there was as Verizon was the supplier. On the basis of this affirmation from the representative, I ordered the phones. The phones arrived fairly quickly. Then the fun began.
As I am pretty internet savvy, I decided to use the "easy 20 minute" online activation process that would save $10 of the activation fee. After several HOURS on the phone with FIVE different Great Call reps, I was told last evening that "there is no coverage in your area". I was incensed with Cordless Workz AND Great Call, the dial tone provider. I SPECIFICALLY tried to avoid just this situation by asking detailed zip code questions on the front end.
I just received my return authorization from Cordless Workz. "We recommend UPS or FedEx Ground for return shipments due to their tracking capability (USPS can also be used, but we'd recommend insurance). We also recommend emailing us the return tracking number so that you may be credited in an expedited manor. Return credit is usually processed within 5 business days upon receipt of the returned item. Also, please be sure to return your order to us by 1/28/14". More lost time on my part and the return freight is on my dime. It is quite clear to me at this time that "Cordless" doesn't Workz in my area. This has not been a "Great Call" and I am staying with AT&T.

"I found Cordless Workza a excellent source when searching for a phone for my elderly father. A video was provided which aided in making my selection and the price couldn't be beat. A day after I placed my order, I needed to contact the company about a color change. The customer service person could not have been nicer in honoring my request. I received the phone a couple of days later.
