Stands behind product delivery

"I ordered replacement handles. US Postal Service tracking showed they delivered the handles on Saturday to my office mailbox. I stopped by and they were not in the mailbox. Monday morning I asked building tenants if they received my handles and was told no. After the Monday mail delivery, still no handles. I contacted CoolCoolerParts and they immediately shipped replacement handles. US Postal Service attempted delivery Saturday but the building was locked. I received them today and they fit perfectly as OEM parts. Thank you for standing behind your products and delivery, even though delivery was out of your control. I will definately buy from CoolCoolerParts again.
