"I had a similar experience to "earthrover" below. My credit card was promptly charged but no order was shipped. Emails and phone calls were never answered. I was ripped off.
I don't recommend Coolbreez.com unless you feel compelled to donate your money to them. Just don't expect anything in return."
"Absolutely the worst business I have ever dealt with.
Product was ordered, paid for and never shipped. Multiple e-mails and phone calls to them have gone unanswered. It is impossible to reach anybody in this company. I can only speculate that they are on the verge of bankruptcy, and nobody is left to answer the phones or respond to e-mail.
As far as I am concerned these people are crooks.
