"Purchased a pair of PJs on line . My computer auto filled ann incorrect address and I saw the problem after the order was placed . I contacted Cool Jams . And explained this is not my address.
Since it’s impossible to speak with someone I had to do this all through emails. After several attempts at emailing them , they emailed me and said this is not their fault , they will not refund my money nor send out a new set of Pajamas.
After spending over $80 on PJs and receiving absolutely no customer support I’m definitely not pleased "
"Cool-jams has been a lifesaver for me. I've tried so many brands as a solution for night sweating and this brand is the best I've found. "Bought this nightie for my wife - she's hot. Not being flip, but we live in California and it is hot more often than not, so I suggested we try cool-jams. The nightie arrived within the expected timeframe. I chose the sleeveless design because it seemed less constricting and I ordered Large to be safe (she is 5'4" and normally buys a M or L top). It seemed to keep her comfortable all night because she woke up much cooler than the previous night. It's flattering, fits well (but not snug) and is very soft."

"I just received my second set of pjs and sheets. I'm happy to say that I've never slept better. The sheets are are not too cool or too warm. They help keep my bed regulated. "Just received nearly $1000 worth of bamboo bedding today to find that it has a horrible smell to it...my call was not being answered after several tries so I chose to use chat with only someone telling me that I will be contacted shortly...again I will follow up with the review but not feeling very warm and fuzzy about this...also purchased the really expensive pillows, one for back sleeper and one for side sleeper, which is me...I highly recommend not purchasing the side sleeper firm...it feels weird, like hard plastic pieces r in it or something."
