"A week after Christmas, I began trying to contact Contractorresource.com First via; email which I received a computer generated response. With no follow up or any type of human response. Could not find a phone number until I contacted my credit card company. I called the number and got voice mail; left message still no response, no book, no refund of my money or explanation. I have since reordered the book from another seller and received it in time for school."
