- less than stellar communication (I had not heard from them again by Tuesday night (May 26th) so I emailed asking for order status. I never received a reply email, so I called again around 4 PM ET and did get someone on the phone. He was extremely helpful and found my shipping tracking number, looked it up and told me it should be there by Friday (actually arrived on Thursday because of short distance between them and me!)
- tracking info does not work if ordered through Yahoo Shopping. If I chose to "Track the status of your order" in the Yahoo interface I was given another order number (different from the Yahoo order number) and when tracked their system said "There is no record of that
order number in our system. Please call customer service at 1-***-***-**** 8am-5pm EST."
- I called the number about 10 minutes before 5 Pm EST on Tuesday but no one answered, so this was very frustrating as well since I could not get status via the web.
Overall, I would buy from them again, but only if it was something I could not find for approximately the same price at another store that has more automated order/shipment info and longer phone hours (e.g. amazon, buy.com)."
