Consumer Cellular customer support is now the worst.

"I have two 4 year old Motorola phones that Consumer Cellular kept telling me would not work after 2023 if I did not install new SIM cards. After I finally relented and installed the new Sim cards the new SIM cards bricked both phones. I was then told by Consumer Cellular that "were sorry" your phones don't work with the new SIM cards. I was told I needed to buy two new phones. After about 30 hours and after I had already ordered new phones the old phones started working again. I then realized that all my voice mail messages were gone. I called Consumer Cellular and was told "were sorry" when you change SIM cards all your voice mail messages are deleted. Consumer Cellular doesn't tell you any of this up front, all they do is say "were sorry" after it is to late. Consumer Cellular has gone from being one of the best cell companies to being one of the worst."
