"Simply ordered some shirts and when they arrived I realized they were too large. So, I sent them back for an exchange included a letter within the package stating they’re for exchange to such and such size... Moreover, sent an email to Customer Support to notify them what I was seeking with the T-shirt’s. Never heard back. On the three instances that I called none of the representatives could locate my information and when I provided my Order Number they asked whether I was so and so, I said no. When I asked to speak with a supervisor they all said that person is in meetings. Now, that it’s been two months waiting for an item I ordered that was online posted as in-stock I had been informed after calling that they were in fact on back-order not currently-in-stock. Lastly, while trying to exchange them I received an email stating I’d receive my refund minus cost of shipping. This is not what I wanted. I requested an exchange and after reading your policy there is no shipping charge. I would like to know where if anywhere is there any communication among team-members, departments, and customers with Construction Gear? I’ll be ordering elsewhere. I’m not Tom for the record"
" My rating says one star but if I could give them negative 10 stars I would!!… wouldn't buy a pair of boots from them if I was barefoot and had to walk across a sea of broken glass!.. overcharged me, lied to me about availability, customer service had no answers and no communication to actual company!! Was told on multiple occasions when I called that I would need to wait for a callback which never happened!!… called to say I wanted to cancel my order and was told that there were no cancellations or no refunds! … Asked to speak with a supervisor and was told there were none!… Asked for a direct number to the company and was told there was none!… tried to do a state-by-state search for company headquarters and could not find any! This company will not last long!!.. save your money and frustration and shop elsewhere! "

The full amount has been charged to my credit card though, so they are bought and paid for but over one month out and still waiting. These shirts are for employees and I would not have placed the order if I had known it would take this long. I called two weeks ago to find out the status of the order and was on hold for 45+ minutes. I was told that it is flag season so it is very busy. She could not give me any information on when the order would be delivered. One of the worst online ordering experiences I have ever had. "
