After contacting ebay and them returning some money to me, the person finally sent me the package. took him three weeks and the filing of a report for it to happen, but I DID get my package. way too much hassle for me though. go to jandaman.com for purchases.

Fraud at its worst. This person appears to have dissappeared years ago, and is now just taking money from orders without any followup. You receive an email about a week after purchase saying order is preparing to ship. then USPS never receives the package. It remains on Shipping inf has been received. DO NOT PURCHASE. FRAUD and you will LOSE YOUR MONEY. yes caps are necessary to emphasize that it is like giving money away. In addition, when you call to contact number, it goes to a voicemail where a boy has an answering machine to calls you will never get returned. ever."
"On Wednesday, January 11, 2006, I ordered a Super SmartJoy from Consloestop.com. All I've gotten is an e-mail to confirm that payment has been made to them -- that's it. Its now the 28th and I haven't gotten my package yet, and their website said it would be 2-3 days shiping. I have e-mailed them 3 times and I've only gotten 1 response back from them, telling me "New status: Preparing Shipment". That's all. I beginning to wonder how long it takes to put something in a box? In the e-mail I wrote them I asked if it was on back order because they have been "preparing shipment" for 17 days and counting. I have called them 15 times, no one picks up; I left 4 messages with no response back on the calls. I don't see anywhere on their site how to cancel my order."
"Ordered a SNES to USB adaptor from this seller on 12/15. The product was supposedly in stock. Paid them immediately via Paypal and the product was supposed to ship out priority mail for a 2 to 3 day delivery. It's 5 weeks later (1/26) and still nothing. Countless phone calls to them, never one returned. Emails sent to "customer service", no replies. Received an "order update" email from them on 1/9 saying the product had shipped and it included a USPS tracking number. As of today (1/26), the USPS site still has no information about any such shipment number. I understand the problems that vendors encounter with backorders, etc., but the complete lack of communication from ConsoleStop is unacceptable. Will NEVER do business with them again."
"Terrible service, unresponsive. Phone number simply leads to a voice mail, emails don't get replied to. Nice prices, but it won't matter as you probably won't be getting your product. It's been more than a week since I ordered, and I haven't received any type of confirmation, shipping info, etc. Just dead silence. I will be disputing the charge soon if I don't hear from them.

"I ordered this item on the 16th of November and my credit card was verified within a day, and i ordered 2-3 day select shipping. My order is still "Preparing Shipping" and its been over two weeks. I have called the compnay twice but they do not answer, I left two messages and still no luck. I e-mailed the company and they never responded. I would not recomend this site to ANYONE because of the lack of customer support and the speed at which it takes a 2 day shipping product to arrive. I still have not recieved my product, and I am thinking of canceling my order."

"I ordered a PS to USB adapter over a month ago (8/15) and still have not received any updates on the purchase. For some twisted reason, the item has not even been prepared to ship yet. Like the reviewer before me, I called multiple times to try and resolve this problem (in vain). I don't want to go as far as calling ConsoleStop thieves, but, unless they really gets their act together soon, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

It is now 10/19 and the status of my order STILL has not changed. Unless this guy [ConsoleStop.com] got flattened by a car during these months, I can safely conclude without any doubt that this is indeed THEFT. Do not by any means fall throw away your money on a website that is apparently (based on the answering machine message) run by a prepubescent *******. Although I do not wish to jump to any conclusions, I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if all of these previous "Very Satisfied" ratings were made by the owner of ConsoleStop himself.

"I ordered an item on July 20, it is now Aug 2 and I have not received it. I sent 2 e-mails, one to the person who let me know that my product was "Preparing Shipment", and one to the website customer service. My husband also left a voicemail at their customer service phone number. This is ridiculous! The pay pal charge went through the day I ordered it, but they can't seem to put the thing in the mail. THIS WEBSITE IS TERRIBLE!
