"DON'T BUY!!! This company may be the very definition of scam artist. I bought a replacement DVD drive for my laptop through ebay. It was delivered on-time, but the product was junk. It did partially work, but was not a well taken care of replacement. Many strange and funny noises come from it and it does not write any data to CDs or DVDs as it is supposed to. I have contacted customer service and not seen a reply. Also, I called and tried to leave a message, but the voicemail said the mailbox was full and did not take messages. I tried anyone in their company and could only manage one person's mailbox that wasn't full. I'm still waiting for a reply. I hope that this is all a big misunderstanding and that I will be able to change my rating, but so far this does not look good."
