"I ordered april 29th and got the lifestyles pleasure massagers for both partners and 102 beyond seven studded condoms. For whatever reason I read the reviews on here and was very close to cancelling after reading several reviews about people not getting their order or getting expired rubbers. Anyway the order showed up after a week (i got an email confirming the tracking like 3 days after) and the condoms are good until 2025 and everything worked out well thankfully. I am located in new york so maybe the reviews were from people not in the US? Not sure but I ended up being very happy with my purchase"

"TERRIBLE customer service, i ordered about $50 worth of stuff from them and it never came, i emailed them multiple times and was treated rudely every time, i asked them if they could call USPS for me because i live internationally but they basically just told me i was SOL and that they wouldn't do it.
The first time i emailed them (after a month) they told me they wouldn't bother calling USPS because it could take up to two months to arrive. The second time i emailed them (after two months) they sent me a link to their international shipping policy and stopped replying to me after that.

This is the ONLY website I HAVE EVER used where an Item did not arrive. The item showed as "signed for" as in someone had actually recieved the package, but it wasn't me! They told me to deal with the post office.

Details: I placed an order for 2 items. Got a good price with coupon (15% offf, I think). But that's where the good part ends.
I received the order in a tiny box. I was suspicious because it should have been a bigger box. Upon opening the box, my suspicion was confirmed. They only sent me 1 item (the cheaper one) instead of 2. Called them and was given the run-around like other shady online businesses. At first, I wanted them to send me the other item and was told that they were backed-ordered. I asked if so, why the shipping slip said that they shipped me all the items? I requested a refund because the item was not in stock and got transferred to another CS rep. named Amanda. Amanda told me another story, she said the item was in stock and they would send it to me. What the heck? I decided that I DO NOT want to do business with them anymore and requested a refund. Amanda told me straight out that they don't do refund, just store credit. I refused and was transferred to the store manager/owner name Kimberly. She didn't pick up the phone till I kept calling them repeatedly. She finally agreed to credit my account for the missing item, with great hesitance, I might add. That was a week ago. Checked my account today. NOTHING. Called again, talked to Amanda again and was told that I was given a store credit. What the hell? Asked her to let me talk to Kimberly again and was told that she wasn't in her office. I asked her when she would come in? Answer: I don't know. Enough!!! I called my bank and disputed the charge. Got my money back, finally."
"Placed an other with this site before and was happy with my first experience. Didn't think twice about ordering from them again and was sadly disappointed. I placed any order and paid for 2nd day shipping. When I got my ordered, opened the box and it only then told me one of the products were out of stock, told me about a week before I get it. After waiting over TWO WEEKS I get a notification that the item has shipped but via FIRST CLASS MAIL. I sent them an email asking for an explanation and partial shipping refund and they told me that they sent the first part of the order 2nd day air and didn't have to send the back ordered item 2nd day air. I also was insulted when they told me all the could do was offer a %15 off coupon, mind you the same coupon was sent in an email blast a couple days before.
