"I would give this place zero stars but I think you have to pick at least one. I have never dealt with a more inconvenient customer service, it was like PULLING TEETH going back and forth with them. I spent 45$ on a "new" pair of stussy sweat shorts. When they arrived, the seems were splitting and the quality of the shorts appeared used. Not to mention, Concrete wave stuffed their package with 3 advertisements, do they expect me to use these? I contacted Concrete Wave, and they were very quick to throw the responsibility on the manufacturer. When in reality I bought them from Concrete Wave, not the manufacturer. They took zero responsibility for the crummy shorts they sold me. after 7 back and forth emails they stopped answering and offered nothing helpful.

All I can say to wrap it up is, stay away from this place or hope that you get a new product when buying from them, because they have no interest in helping out once they sell the product."
