"I bid on a 21" monitor from this vendor, through ubid.com. My card was charged and I was given a FedEx tracking number. Though a week later the monitor had still not left the vendors dock. Ubid called them and they said "it would be shipped by next day at noon". Three days later it still had not been shipped. Ubid refunded my money and is now investigating the vendor. Apparently I was not the only person with this problem on this monitor auction. DO NOT BUY FROM COMPUVELOCITY!! But for the record I am very happy with ubid. They were very helpful and service oriented to me."
